Coronavirus Update

 

Dear Patients and Guests,

Radiance Orthodontics has re-opened its doors to all customers for most orthodontic procedures, in full compliance with current CDC, OSHA, and State guidelines in relation to Covid-19.

We do have a stringent Aerosol Reduction Protocol ( ARP) that we have embraced to minimize the risk for our patients and staff, which means that some Aerosol generating procedures will need to be deferred till it is safer to perform them, with absolutely minimal risks.

We have embraced a minimal-flow protocol, which means that we see less people to allow proper social-distancing and minimize risks. We are asking that patients come into the office, with their masks on, and we will escort them quickly to their dental cubicle, after a brief check of their body temperature.

Our cleaning and disinfection guidelines have always been stringent, and they still are.The hand-sanitizer bottles are positioned within easy reach anywhere in the office.

Visitors may feel free to text or call our front desk at  813-972-1100 to coordinate their entry into the office for maximum social distancing from other visitors.
